How Do I Become a New Patient?
Please go to the book an appointment page to request an appointment and wait for it to be accepted. You will receive an email and a text when we confirm so be on the look out.

We provide wellness, sexual health, family planning, and minor illness and injury visits for everyone from infants to elderly people.

What Forms Of Insurance/Payment Do You Accept?
We accept all Rhode Island and Massachusetts medicaid plans and most major insurance plans including Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Neighborhood, Harvard Pilgrim, Tufts, Cigna, and Aetna. You should always check with your insurance company before seeing a new provider to verify that we are in-network with your plan.
We accept cash, credit cards, and FSA cards. We politely ask that you pay for your visit before being seen or to let us know if you think you might have trouble paying.
We offer discounted pricing if you are uninsured or underinsured!

How Can You Provide Health Care Online?
Even though an online visit limits the physical part of the visit, but our providers can tell a lot by speaking to you.
There will be times that you may need to be seen in the office and we can meet you at home if needed, depending on where you live.

What Are You Doing That Makes You Sensitive To The Needs Of Black, Brown, LGTBQ and Other Marginalized People?
Anyone that you come into contact with at Lotus Noire Health will be trained in trauma informed care. This means that we are trained to take care of people who have experienced trauma at some point in their life.
We don’t judge! This means that we understand people have unique situations and needs. We just want our customers to be informed and happy with their health.
We will never talk over your head. We want you to understand what’s going on with your body so we make sure we use everyday language to explain things.
It’s a simple as that.
